Nulo is a home fragrance brand offering candles, room sprays, and bar soaps. Our products are intended for personal use only. By purchasing from our website, you agree not to resell or redistribute our products without prior written consent.
2. Product Use & Safety
- Our products are made with high-quality ingredients, but individual sensitivities may vary. Always check ingredient lists and perform a patch test before using sprays or soaps.
- Candles should never be left burning unattended or placed on an unstable surface. They should also be kept away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
- Nulo is not responsible for misuse of products, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from improper use.
- Room sprays should not be sprayed directly onto delicate fabrics or surfaces without a patch test.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options provided by Shopify.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Nulo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping times vary based on location. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist with a replacement.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
No Refunds or Exchanges
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- We do not issue refunds for changes of mind, personal preference, or scent dissatisfaction.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
- At our discretion, we may issue a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item. We do not offer refunds, but we may also offer a store credit.
6. Jar Return Program
- Customers may return used Nulo candle jars for recycling in exchange for a discount on a future purchase.
