Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and let the wax melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to prevent tunneling.

Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time, keep your candle away from drafts, and always store it in a cool, dry place to preserve the fragrance.

We use Coconut Apricot wax, which is clean-burning, sustainable, and provides a smooth, even burn.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at nulohome@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
