Shipping

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States.

Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $75. Orders under this amount will see available shipping options and rates at checkout.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Nulo Home is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles, room mists, reed diffusers, or any home fragrance items once they have been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and make things right where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters processing, it can no longer be canceled.
